Exchenge and Return Policy

🔄 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or email).

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items purchased on final sale

  • Gift cards


🔁 Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, model, or color, we can process an exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Exchange approval depends on product availability.


💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


🚚 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of:

  • The damaged area

  • The packaging

  • Your order number

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund depending on your preference.

🚹 Responsibility for Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (except for damaged or wrong items).

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.


📌 Important Notes

  • Handmade products may have natural variations in wood grain or iron texture — these are not considered defects.

  • Refunds cannot be issued if the item returns damaged due to poor packaging.
